Very Good search tool! Lot of photos of the items... Easier than using the site in a mobile... should keep us longer logged in our accounts , though.

Find anything you need for cycling or camping! The paradise for adventurers

Great app. I find no penalty using this app over the full website. I like that it shows my account info as well.

Other stores could learn something from how this app organizes their products.

Nice layout of products. Now I have to figure out what to buy!

Works just as it should. Now I just wish mec in Canada had an app as well.

Some bad moments

app is okay if you want to see products new version of app closes when you try to scroll down and press to see more products

Theres no (longer) a way to enter a credit card security code (required) so theres no way to make a purchase. Deleting the app or deleting a card has no effect on fixing. REI Phone support had no answers. In other words 0 stars if you want to actually use the app to buy.

I downloaded it for its great use of Wallet to add my REI member card to keep it handy when Im at REI and allows my wife to also have a copy on her iPhones Apple Wallet app. The downside is that in store you still either have to look up the ID number or have it memorized. Not only does this app not have Apple Pay enabled theyve not turned it on in their stores either. If they would they could also enable the REI Member ID over Pay like Kohls and Walgreens have for their rewards programs in conjunction with Pay. If the REI app were to also include support for Apple Pay it would make it a complete buying experience by making it easier and more secure to purchase gear via the app. Their stores are preparing for the dreaded American slow chip and signature - this is their chance to add Apple Pay in stores too to keep the lines moving!

One of my favorite treats I allow myself are my trips to my local REI in Concord, CA! I was a tad skeptical when I downloaded the app-but I was pleasantly surprised to find how awesome the app compliments my REI experience-rather than replace it!!! Its easy to use and it gives me ideas of what to look for on my next in store shopping experience!!!

Have been a long time member of REI and use this app weekly if not daily to "window shop" and create wish lists for future purchases.
