REI Co-op – Shop Outdoor Gear App Reviews

This is a great way to see everything rei has to offer from a mobile device. Nothing fancy, but it works really well.

As the subject says. Great app, and great store. Just please stop logging me out on every app update.

This is a must have app if you love REI.

I really like this app, because I like the store, and even do I got one store very close, but its great to have it in your phone!

I downloaded it for its great use of Wallet to add my REI member card to keep it handy when Im at REI and allows my wife to also have a copy on her iPhones Apple Wallet app. The downside is that in store you still either have to look up the ID number or have it memorized. Not only does this app not have Apple Pay enabled theyve not turned it on in their stores either. If they would they could also enable the REI Member ID over Pay like Kohls and Walgreens have for their rewards programs in conjunction with Pay. If the REI app were to also include support for Apple Pay it would make it a complete buying experience by making it easier and more secure to purchase gear via the app. Their stores are preparing for the dreaded American slow chip and signature - this is their chance to add Apple Pay in stores too to keep the lines moving!

The photos in the App make me long for home. The beauty of the mountains and the water are breathtaking. I shop so I can call my travel agent to send me out of the heat and humidity as soon as possible! Thank you for keeping my dreams alive.

Closest one to me is about six hours away, so having the ability to still use this to purchase most of my outdoor gear is really great!

Im happy with this app, I use it more than going to the store because I dont have that much free time to spare. My only tiny suggestion is, put more products online.

This is a fantastic app! Very easy to use, lots of options, good photos, etc I love the REI Garage for good deals.

i ONLY have one complaint. Whenever I get a message from you guys through the app such as one of the blog posts, I cant actually read it because the read more button doesnt work. And Id love to be able to access them through the app instead of having to go find it on the website. Other than that I am a frequent buyer from the app and I love your blog posts.

i use a lot of apps to search for different gear, and im positive that this one is my favorite. being able to filter through the gear and with so many different options, its fabulous. i highly recommend.

I love the store and their products and the sales people are great. Looking up products on the app is pretty easy and helps. One down side is when I go to give my number to the sales person they have to copy it down manually instead of using technology to give it to them. I have several apps that can do this and it would make it a nice addition.

Gear I see on the app soon becomes gear in my hand with a seamless shopping experience. Easy to use and all of the info I want is at my fingertips.

Love this! No issues at all and its very nice to have a clean working app from REI.

This a great app for the best store

One of my favorite treats I allow myself are my trips to my local REI in Concord, CA! I was a tad skeptical when I downloaded the app-but I was pleasantly surprised to find how awesome the app compliments my REI experience-rather than replace it!!! Its easy to use and it gives me ideas of what to look for on my next in store shopping experience!!!
