Have been a long time member of REI and use this app weekly if not daily to "window shop" and create wish lists for future purchases.

With the typical ease and efficiency of the REI store in app form. It is great for comparing tools and options. Reviews and specs are very helpful. Great job!

All of your REI questions and info in one place.

Very useful for looking at products and accessing my account info! The only change I would like them to make is the accessibility of the notifications. I like getting them, I dont like having to dig into the account menu to read them. Its getting annoying enough that I turned off notifications.

Every thing you need for exploring the great outdoors. I used to work for REI and they are one of the best outdoor companys in the united states.

Great store, great people, great products and this great app.

Doesnt feel fully iOS native; scrolling stutters a bit; the checkout process tries to railroad you straight out the door with defaults chosen for you; and you get well acquainted with the spinning-compass loading screen. Apple Pay support is still nowhere to be seen. As it stands, the barcode scanner and the ability to load REI membership cards into Passbook are the only two advantages this app has over using the REI website—probably because a lot of the app IS the website in a branded webview frame. REIs not known for tech competence, but this is still a bit disappointing.

Slow and hard to navigate

Well thought out app not just for REI customers but for anyone whos into outdoor gear. Lots of pictures and product reviews (videos have been the most helpful). Loving REI more and more with each passing year.
