I love this app. Only thing is you cant see the deals of the week from the outlet.

It is a nice app, but not as same as search online on the computer.

This is the most used app on my phone and it is very easy to navigate

Well laid out navigation and a great experience overall. A particular major Canadian outdoor equipment co-op would benefit greatly by having a similar app to serve its members.

App is frozen on products screen. Cannot access anything.

Great store, great app. Wish they could include store stock, as a Canadian customer, it would be nice to know if they item Im looking for is in store, rather than needing to place an order and waiting for it to be shipped to my nearest store.

Have to completely log in (email + password) every launch simply to add an item to wish list....

Basically the store is great and now that there is an app I can browse more often...only just downloaded the app but it seems functionally perfect.

Im not the kind of individual who gets very emotionally attached to a retail brand or merchandiser but REI is an exception. Besides the inventory of useful, practical products and clothing I like the service. Every employee I have interacted with has been helpful, upbeat and easy-going. Those are all qualities that Im attracted to and earn my loyalty. The general, overall vibe of REI is positive and forward thinking. Additionally, I feel like the company is truly built upon a foundation of respecting its customers (without whom the brand would not exist) and providing what is needed. The REI app is a fine extension of a worthy corporation and I enjoy using it for shopping when Im not in a city that has a retail location. Its easy to navigate and makes online shopping via a small iPhone like mine a good experience and efficient. Great work REI. Keep it up!!

Easy to search and navigate....

Always thought REI was some high-end granola store. Wrong! Great prices and selection but most of all great customer service and that includes the app. Will forever tell others about what a great shopping experience this can be!!
